Brussel
My trip to Brussel had a duration of two weeks. In those two weeks I met so many different and amazing people. Our group had around 25 different nationalities from all over the globe. In these two weeks I learned a lot about different cultures, working together and how different countries tackle the same problem. It certainly was a valuable learning experience.
THE Assignment
The Blended Intensive Programme consists of two parts. The short mobility and the virtual collaboration part. The short mobility accounts for two weeks where we explored all the parts of Brussel. We met the mayor, activists, volunteers and immigrants who all told us stories about how they got there and most important about the social cohesion in Brussel.
Our assignment was to think about ideas incorporating the stakeholders where we improve the social cohesion in the Brussel, but more specifically, the poorer parts of Brussel.
